SMS Messaging Terms

Program
Soltani Music School (Soltani Music LLC) sends text messages to families, students, and prospective families who give us their mobile number and agree to receive texts. Messages include lesson and class reminders, schedule changes and closures, billing and payment notices, replies to your questions, and, if you agree to them, occasional news about our programs and events.
How you agree
You agree to receive texts when you give us your mobile number and check the text-message box on a sign-up or registration form, text us first, or tell our staff that you want texts. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of enrolling or buying anything from us.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your lessons and account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Help and opting out
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. You may also reply QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. We will send one message confirming you have opted out.

To start receiving texts again, reply START.
Privacy
We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.soltanimusic.com/privacypolicy.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
